Presentation of North Star Program Common Core
North Star is the transformation Program of the Europe Division in Securitas. The objective of this program is to transform our organization and processes in all European countries with new common platform enabler. The program has been launched 4 years ago and we now enter a new phase to manage the roll-out in the different countries as we already have some countries live.
Overview
We are looking for a functional and technical Infor WFM specialist who can identify and deliver the optimal solutions for our internal customers—both in ongoing project rollouts and in Business-as-Usual (BAU) countries. In this role, you will own the solution design and advice the implementation for a product deployed across Europe, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
This position requires deep expertise in the Infor WFM platform and a strong drive to craft best-fit solutions. You will lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of Workforce Management capabilities across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to product standards and local business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Building reliable Infor solution in accordance with the Infor WFM product and business requirements.
Lead and advice the implementation partners on the implementation.
Act as the lead architect for all Infor WFM modules (Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, Forecasting, Mobility).
Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable system designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Lead functional and technical design workshops with Business representatives, implementation- and AMS partner.
Guide and challenge implementation partner deliverables to ensure alignment with standards, security, and best practices.
Collaborate with the AMS partner to ensure smooth handover of new functionalities, stability of production environments, and continuous improvement.
Oversee configuration consistency and quality across modules and countries.
Ensure integrations with Payroll, SSO, Active Directory, reporting platforms, billing, and mobility applications meet enterprise requirements.
Evaluate and approve enhancement requests, new modules, and roadmap items.
Provide expert support for high-complexity incidents or architectural decisions.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, GDPR, audit, and data-handling requirements.
Create the design for a stable, secure, reliable and available platform serving 100k Users.
Qualifications:
5+ years hands-on experience with Infor WFM (configuration + architecture).
Strong functional knowledge of scheduling, time & attendance, labor rules, compliance, and 24/7 operations.
Technical proficiency in:
Infor ION, API/REST integrations, Mongoose
SQL, ETL, data modelling
SSO technologies (Azure AD, OAuth, SAML)
WFM mobility and kiosk solutions
Experience working with implementation partners and AMS providers, ideally in a global or multi-country setup.
Proven ability to challenge vendors while maintaining constructive collaboration.
