As our AI Portfolio & Value realization lead you will be the operational heartbeat of our global AI transformation. You will increase Securitas’ ability to identify, prioritize, quantify and progress AI opportunities with a focus on portfolio transparency, value realization, and a selected transformative strategic bets.

Role Summary

AI Portfolio & Value realization Lead is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is eager to shape enterprise AI adoption and development at one of Sweden’s largest companies. You combine practical AI and innovation experience, strong stakeholder management and business acumen. You will help create structure and momentum across Securitas’ AI portfolio, coordinate a limited number of high-impact innovation opportunities from framing to handover and enable stronger value realization practices.

You will not own end-to-end delivery in the business. Instead, you will act as an orchestrator who improves visibility, decision quality, business commitment and the likelihood that valuable AI opportunities move forward. In a decentralized and complex organization, this role plays a critical part in driving innovation to realization by aligning stakeholders, creating clarity, and ensuring a pragmatic, value-focused approach that strengthens business ownership and execution.

The team

The AI impact hub is a lean team established late 2024 that orchestrates and enables Securitas global AI transformation with two missions:

Broad AI adoption across all functions and business units

Make strategic bets to re-invent our offering and value chain

The team consist of its lead, an AI strategist and a Research & Design lead. Key collaborators are a broad ~200 people AI community across Securitas and specialist collaborators like the ~20 people Specialized AI team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain AI use case portfolio transparency:

AI use case portfolio ownership: Responsible for evolving the structure and way of working with tracking AI use cases across our business units and functions. Ensure community members actively add use cases to the global portfolio. Utilize portfolio as an entry point to identify and/or expand use cases into potential high impact innovation opportunities.
Knowledge sharing and reuse: Facilitate sharing of use cases between teams and business units across Securitas. Promote reuse of use cases and best practices across the group.

2. Progress selected high-impact innovation opportunities:

High impact AI innovation pipeline and opportunity assessment: Identify and prioritize a few selected high impact opportunities. This involves areas like the future of guarding services and reactive to proactive security risk management programmes. You build a strong network through raising the understanding and commitment of high impact innovation opportunities across the organization. In collaboration with our Research & Design lead and key collaborators, ensure that every opportunity has a clear hypothesis, success criteria and a committed business owner.

Guide and coordinate innovation execution: Guide high-impact opportunities across the organization on next steps. In collaboration with the Research & Design lead and the Specialized AI team, coordinate innovation execution assessing desirability, viability and feasibility. This can for example be done through hackathons together with business representatives and/or clients.
Handover to business: For the few selected opportunities, together with key collaborators, ensure that prototypes are handed over to business owners with clear requirements, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps to maximise the likelihood of scaling and value realisation.

3. Strengthen value realization practices:

Value metrics and realization: Drive the knowledge and narrative of value focused AI transformation, making the case for AI adoption through hands-on examples and measurable outcomes. Enable value estimation and tracking across the organization..

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills across organizational boundaries.
Strong business acumen with ability to build and evaluate business cases for AI adoption and use cases.

Proficiency in GenAI concepts and applications. Able to have informed conversations about AI capabilities without being a deep technologist.

Experience with innovation portfolio management and/or design thinking processes.

Experience in navigating in a decentralized, large, global and complex organization.

Strong communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation.

Preferred:

Experience in an AI Center of Excellence, AI enablement function, or innovation office.

Experience in establishing processes and way of working for portfolio and value tracking of use cases.

Experience working end-to-end with AI product development and scaling.

Working conditions

This role is open for candidates based in Europe (with preference for candidates based in Sweden).

If you are based in Sweden you will be expected to work from one of our offices (Stockholm, Malmo or Jönkoping) two days per week. If you reside in another European country - you will need to align to local hybrid working policy.
