The Data Transformation Manager at Securitas is a strategic role aligned with the strategic direction of Securitas, focusing on data transformation in support of the overarching strategy to digitalize for client centricity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include developing program strategic objectives, establish data governance, defining projects, managing cross-project interdependencies, and collaborating with, business, legal and compliance teams to drive data transformation initiatives.
- Develop programme objectives; a strategic roadmap to realize them and assess the impact on the group of Securitas;
- Ensure programme governance is established to enable decision making; exception handling and stakeholder alignment;
- Define and oversee the projects to reach the strategic objectives. Projects could be outside of the direct management and financial control of the Data Strategy programme;
- Support the definition and implementation of data governance principles, policies and outcomes across all data domains;
- Define operating model and change management considerations for data governance across the organization;
- Establish data governance forums to provide transparency of maturity and value realisation;
- For each data domain ensure:
- the establishment of a sustainable & persistent CoE, including data Owners and Stewards appointed.;
- Establish data management foundation including data governance practices appropriate for the domain;
- Establish data quality measurement processes.
- Manage the projects and the cross-project interdependencies including cross-project resource management.;
- Create & manage the financial posture of the programme;
- Plan, monitor and report on the programme execution (quality; timeline, budget, risks , issues);
- Manage the stakeholders to operationalise the programme execution: manage expectations, demonstrate control, understand & negotiate on priorities;
- Partner with legal, privacy and compliance to account for and uphold diverse privacy and compliance requirements across geographies.
Key Competences and Personal Skills:
- 10+ years of direct work experience in enterprise data projects;
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven track record of understanding business challenges and creating projects to solve the needs through value-add and technically capable solutions;
- Drive strong partnerships across the organization to include leaders in the business, analytics team, IT, as well as other data users to fully understand their data needs;
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes;
- Work orchestration (structure, plan, delegate, coordinate, evaluate), budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
- Business case development and approvals skills;
- People, Risk & Time management;
- International and intercultural collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a matrix organization;
- Operational excellence with a strategic mindset;
- Self-Starter;
- Securitas mindset: can-do; collaborative; respectful; optimistic;
- Fluent in English, strong verbal & written;
- Master's degree preferred or degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Economics or Business desired.
