Securitas IT in AMEA deliver IT-services to our 12 countries within the region. We provide the technology needed to fulfill the Securitas business strategy to be client centric, data driven, and people focused. Reporting to the Head of CIO Office and working closely with other senior leaders within the organization, the Digitization Manager at Securitas AMEA will be responsible for leading and managing digital transformation initiatives across the AMEA region. This role involves overseeing the implementation of digital tools and platforms and driving innovation. The Digitization Manager will work closely with our 12 countries within the division to both roll-out digital solutions as well as to continuously drive value out of them.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and execution of digital transformation strategies to enhance the company's digital presence and operational efficiency.
- Overseeing the implementation and management of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its customers. This includes client portal solutions, guard reporting tools and mobile device management solution(s).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to drive digital initiatives and projects.
- Being responsible for digitization of documentation - standardized operating manual and playbook.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement through digitization and automation.
- Managing digital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitoring and analyzing digital trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Providing on-going training and support to staff on both new and existing digital tools and processes.
- Performing gap analysis with current set up and establish a corrective project planning – continuous improvement and alignment with AMEA digitization targets.
- Ensuring measurement, reporting and dashboarding are related to digitization metrics.
- Service management for digitization platform – L2 support in coordination with vendor.
- Managing relationship with vendor in coordination with global team.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Defining metrics and internal controls to monitor standardized deployment and usage of the digitization tool.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the security or technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects and managing digital tools and platforms.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as website development and roll-out, authentication solutions, mobile applications, and application.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices.
- Prior consulting experience is an added advantage.
Location: role is open for candidates based in Gurugram, India. It's a hybrid working model.
