About the role
We are looking for a Power Automate & Business Process Engineer who combines strong analytical thinking with hands‑on automation and development skills. This role is about understanding business processes, validating what makes sense to automate, and delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions.
You will work closely with our teams in multiple CEE countries helping them identify bottlenecks, model processes, and transform manual work into smart, automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real problems, talking to users, understanding their challenges, and building end‑to‑end automations that make a measurable difference.
Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Collaboration
Meet with business teams to understand their processes, challenges and operational realities.
Identify where automation brings true value - assessing ROI, time savings and feasibility.
Gather requirements and challenge assumptions where needed.
Process Modelling
Model business processes (as‑is/to‑be), map data flows and define logic for automation.
Prepare processes for implementation by proposing optimized future‑state workflows.
Automation Development
Build robust, end‑to‑end automations using Power Platform ecosystem, especially:
Power Automate cloud flows,
Power Automate Desktop flows,
Power Automate attended & unattended flows on server.
Combine multiple Power Platform & M365 components when needed.
Use programming logic (loops, conditions, error handling, retries) to ensure high reliability.
Deliver solutions that are maintainable, well‑documented and resilient.
Coordination & Execution
Collaborate with internal experts for support when tackling more complex technical challenges.
Work closely with a Project Manager to align priorities, track progress and manage deliveries across countries.
Plan the pipeline of upcoming automations so that each country receives timely support.
Continuous Improvement
Measure automation impact (time saved, cost efficiency, workload reduction).
Capture lessons learned and continuously refine standards and guidelines.
Requirements
Overall Experience
3+ years of experience in automation, software development, or related roles within Power Platform ecosystem.
Experience modelling processes and translating business needs into technical workflows.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Power Platform components and their dependencies.
Strong proficiency with Power Automate (cloud flows, Desktop flows, attended & unattended flows on server).
Solid programming logic skills (loops, conditions, exception handling).
Hands-on experience with M365.
Soft Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical thinking - ability to challenge processes, uncover root causes and propose optimized solutions.
Ability to translate user needs into clear, structured technical automation designs.
Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders in multiple countries.
Communicative, proactive, curious and able to work independently.
Fluency in English (written & spoken).
Working conditions
This role is open for candidates based in Poland (with preference for candidates based in Warsaw).
If you are based in Warsaw or within a 50 km radius of Warsaw, you will be expected to work from our Warsaw office two days per week. If you reside in another Polish city, you will be required to commute to the Warsaw office once per month.
The role involves occasional travel within CEE region.
