To achieve this vision, Securitas Europe has launched a business transformation program. The objective of this program is to transform our organization and processes in all European countries with new common platform enabler. The program has been launched 4 years ago and we now enter a new phase to manage the roll-out in the different countries as we already have some countries live to support in the business-as-usual mode.
Overview:
In Europe, we launched a transformation program four years ago to leverage and centralize applications at the European level. To support this strategy, the Business Application IT team operates as a product‑oriented IT organization. Delivery is structured around:
Product Domains, accountable for product development and functional value.
Roll-out Projects, responsible for large-scale, multi-country deployments and product implementation.
The Product Owner Automation plays a central role in the global roll-out of business-critical solutions. You are responsible for managing the product roadmap and backlog, and to ensure that the roadmap and backlog represents the priorities of the business. The objectives of the role are to contribute to rapid implementation and adoption of the solution and ensure that the development resources are directed to the highest business value.
In addition, you are accountable for continuity and delivery performance of service operations, quality assurance and operational readiness.
You manage:
Service delivery vendors, and support team that provide support.
The Automation platform.
One person directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall quality of backlog items
Ensure each User Story in the backlog describes the supposed business value
Participate in Global Business Product Owners’ prioritization work
Secure the Demand-to-Production end-to-end process for converting business demands to deployed code
Initiate and drive topics that will make the rollout of the Platform
Own the Service Description document, that describes the offering from Securitas IT to the business.
Leading the Platform Core Team consisting of Solution Architect, UAT Lead and other roles
Ensure 3rd party solution provider follows best practices and maintains service level agreements
Lead different streams of the solution, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets
Develop problem management process and service improvement plans
Ensure business and technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services via the Business and IT Product Owners
Ensure AMS Vendor follows best practices and maintains service level agreements
Qualifications:
5 years of IT experience (Preferably in Robotic Process Automation)
Several years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform
UiPath certifications, preferably UiRPA (UiPath RPA Associate) or, UiARD (UiPath Advanced RPA Developer)
Strong background in architecture, IT development to orient and support analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Experience in multi-country, product-oriented environments
Strong project and product management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic project environments
Solid understanding of business needs, objectives, and processes, with the ability to leverage technology for business improvement
Experience working in matrix organizations and with virtual teams
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and execute effectively
Strong people management and leadership skills
Fluent in English
