Our role
The Global Marketing Operations Specialist plays a central role in the execution, maintenance, and support of our global marketing automation ecosystem. This position focuses on hands-on marketing operations, including building programs and assets in Adobe Marketo Engage, supporting technical integrations, managing the ticketing system, and ensuring reliable day-to-day functioning of digital marketing tools across markets.
The role ensures that marketers can successfully execute campaigns, that systems remain stable and scalable, and that issues are handled quickly and transparently. It contributes directly to improving operational efficiency, data quality, and the performance of marketing technologies.

Building and maintaining Adobe Marketo Engage programs, smart campaigns, assets, and operational workflows.
Gathering requirements from all types of stakeholders and transforming them into actionable items and user stories.
Supporting and troubleshooting integrations between Marketo, CRM, chatbot systems, and public website platforms.
Managing the marketing operations ticketing workflow to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
Ensuring data accuracy, reliable tracking, and proper technical configuration to optimize performance.
Providing practical documentation, training, and operational guidance to local markets.
Maintaining operational playbooks, naming conventions, templates, and reusable components.
Monitoring platform usage, system health, and operational KPIs.
Contributing to continuous optimization of marketing processes, automations, and tool configurations.
Responsibilities
The Global Marketing Operations Specialist supports the global responsibility to manage and safeguard the operational processes and technology for:
Marketing Automation (Marketo)
Build and maintain campaigns, automations, nurtures, scoring flows, data processes, alerts, landing pages, forms, and emails.
Ensure consistency in operational programs (data quality workflows, sync processes, routing checks).
Monitor and optimize system performance.
Technical Integrations & Data Flow
Troubleshoot data sync issues between Marketo and CRM systems.
Support the implementation and maintenance of chatbot and web integrations.
Collaborate with IT/platform teams to ensure stable data flow and system reliability.
Support & Ticketing
Manage incoming support tickets related to marketing tools, assets, automations, and user issues.
Provide timely troubleshooting, communication, and escalation when needed.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
Digital Marketing Operations
Support local markets with execution questions, build requests, and technical requirements.
Ensure that operational standards and governance are respected across initiatives.
Maintain process documentation and update operational guidelines.
Analytics & Insights
Track KPIs related to platform usage, technical performance, and ticket resolution.
Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to workflows or configurations.

Digital Marketing Community
Communicate updates on new features, tools, or operational changes.
Share best practices, technical recommendations, and reusable assets.
Support an engaged and growing super-user community.
Geo Expansion & Adoption
Support new markets through technical onboarding into Marketo and related tools.
Ensure alignment with operational standards and data governance.
Provide visibility into adoption, readiness, and performance KPIs.
Coordinate rollout of new functionalities from an operational perspective.
Analyze usage and advise on improvements, enhancements, or deprecations.
Training & Support
Create and update technical training materials, including build guides and troubleshooting documentation.
Provide hands-on training for markets and teams on Marketo and digital marketing operations.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, technical marketing support, or marketing automation execution.
Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (essential) and ideally chatbot or digital web tools.
University Degree in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Business, or similar.
Fluency in English.
Strong understanding of data flows, tracking, and CRM integrations.
Experience in working in an international environment and being considerate of cultural differences.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional environments preferred.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous.

Working conditions
This role is open for candidates based in Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working model is applicable (2x per week from the office). It involves occasional international travel.
