Installation Security Engineer – Ireland

Purpose

Securitas Technology Ireland are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Install Engineer to become an integral part of our Installation team. The successful candidate will play a vital role within the installation department involved in the installation and commissioning of installation projects.

Major Responsibilities

• Install security systems per required standards and project specs
• Collaborate with Project Managers and sub-contractors for successful delivery
• Maintain professional appearance and represent Securitas Technology
• Support colleagues, share best practices, and encourage teamwork
• Participate in people management processes and team meetings
• Meet Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines
• Willing to work overtime to meet project deadlines

Experience & Knowledge

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 – 5 years' proven experience working within the security industry.
• Experience working on enterprise level systems (advantageous).

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems and standards.
• Proficiency with leading industry norm security products and platforms (e.g., HKC, ACT, Dahua).
• Proficiency with leading industry enterprise level security products and platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, Ccure etc.) (advantageous).
• Understanding of networking principles and system integration.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
