Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Diverse Sourcing Methods: Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and participation in industry events to attract top-tier talent.
• Conduct Comprehensive Candidate Assessments: Perform thorough screening interviews to evaluate technical competencies, industry experience, and sales acumen.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success as a Recruiter, preferably within the electronic security or technology sectors.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with both technical and sales professionals, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
• Technical and Sales Aptitude Assessment: Proficiency in evaluating candidates' technical skills and sales capabilities accurately.
