Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective talent acquisition plans to source qualified candidates for technical roles, including Security Technicians, Engineers, and Sales Professionals.
- Utilize Diverse Sourcing Methods: Leverage various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and participation in industry events to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct Comprehensive Candidate Assessments: Perform thorough screening interviews to evaluate technical competencies, industry experience, and sales acumen.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with department heads to understand specific job requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job postings to facilitating seamless onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Maintain Talent Pipeline: Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of potential candidates to anticipate and meet future hiring needs.
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends: Keep informed about the latest developments in the electronic security sector to continuously refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process, maintaining the highest standards of recruitment compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success as a Recruiter, preferably within the electronic security or technology sectors.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with both technical and sales professionals, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
- Technical and Sales Aptitude Assessment: Proficiency in evaluating candidates' technical skills and sales capabilities accurately.
