The Physical GSOC Manager is responsible for leading and developing the physical GSOC organization. This role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers, as well as driving growth and efficiency within the GSOC operations. By setting Securitas wide standards the GSOC will drive efficiency and effectiveness in SOC operations across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact concerning cross border remote services for GSOC clients, global account managers, and various Securitas units (local SOCs, specialized services, SOC IT, Securitas Technology, etc.).

• Manage and oversee the GSOC network and lead the cross-border SOC capability.

• Coordinate client site transitions to GSOC.

• Set-up and maintenance of systems and platforms with the help of the physical GSOC team and SOC IT service delivery.

• Develop and update training materials for staff and operators within the GSOC network and conduct training sessions.

• Manage KPIs, including customer satisfaction, operational uptime, and response times and handle deviations and complaints, proactively suggesting improvements in service delivery.

• Coordinate and follow up on actions initiated by the physical GSOC.

• Assuring that the physical GSOC complies to the relevant standards (e.g. EN 50518, SOC Security Baseline (B-level) and potentially ISO 27001.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in management within IS/IT security, electronic security, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in personnel management and commercial business experience.

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

• Experience working in a global environment and managing cross-functional teams.

Working location

The role is only office based - Milton Keynes, UK. Occasional international travel may be required.
