As a Business Analyst, you interpret business needs and convert them into IT requirements along with supporting processes for implementation in the defined IT services for the business. You will develop and maintain IT services and relevant tools to realize business benefit and service continuity over time. You will guide the business towards use of defined IT services and architecture to promote re-use of existing services and adherence to long term IT architecture and roadmaps. You will work in close cooperation with Product Owners and Project Managers over the entire project delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs and are taken into use after project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, interpret, translate, analyse and document business requirements into technical specifications ready for prioritization, commitment and implementation
- Manage requirement proposals and mediate information from both IT and Business including documentation of flowcharts and processes using relevant
- Support business in demand and development to realize business value
- Identify involved business and IT stakeholders to get valid input and validate business needs
Key Deliverables:
- Well defined business and IT requirements ready for implementation
- Communication between business, IT and cross functional teams
- Services delivered in alignment with business and enterprise architecture
- Spokesperson for the business in development initiatives to realize business benefit and use of new services and solutions
Key Partnerships:
- Product Owners, Project Managers, Oracle Solution Architect – Collaborates on how to achieve deliverables and plan how to action business solutions
- Business Owner - Alignment on business processes driving the solutions, support in translating business processes into working IT solutions within the frame of the overall enterprise architecture
Key Personal Skills:
- Very good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Supply Planning, Product Management
- Understand business targets and strategy, as well as the technology opportunities to improve business needs
- Fundamental knowledge of business and enterprise architecture
- Very good verbal and written communication (english)
- Holistic problem-solving approach and analytical mindset
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Very good at managing the matrix organization including key stakeholders
Key KPIs:
- Business satisfaction in supporting and promoting business requirements
- Delivered solutions adhere to the defined enterprise architecture and service catalogue of the business
