Main Tasks:
  • Responsible for end-to-end service delivery with focus on business fit, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency and business continuity
  • Take the ownership of major incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Assess feasibility and prioritize development initiatives and make decisions according to mandate
  • Oversee regular testing of information systems and applications to avoid disruptions
  • Communicate with and maintain stakeholder relationship
  • Ensure service documentation according to agreed standard guidelines (ITIL)
  • Provide on-call support and act on assigned Help Desk tickets (only major incidents)
  • Participate or consult in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Key competences:
  • Experience from core ITIL & ITSM tools (Preferably ServiceNow)
  • ITIL certification, or equal is meritorious
  • Experience in CRM solutions
  • Minimum 2 years experiences from Service Delivery and/or Service Management
Key personal skills:
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Service minded and passionate for service solutions 
  • Knowledge sharing
