Main tasks:
  • Monitor and report operational performance, analyze flows and define root cause of issues and incidents and drive resolution
  • Provide service (technical and functional) expertise in service related projects (incl. development, testing and operational implementation)
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with business, IT and service provider stakeholder to ensure high user satisfaction
  • Provide on-call support when needed and act on assigned Help Desk tickets
  • Work on escalated technical cases.

Key competences:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with D 365 Sales (other CRM tools would be a plus)
  • Experience in configuration and development of D365
  • Experience from working ITSM tools (example ServiceNow)
  • Minimum 3 years experiences from Service Operations and management
  • Experience in Change and Release management
  • Experience from working with service support.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, fluent in English
  • Ability to identify improvements
  • Pragmatic problem solving approach
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Service minded.
