The Warsaw office is the newest addition in our SIS family, located in Mokotów. We are offering flexible shifts where you will be able to work from our modern office as well as from home.


Are you our next troubleshooting hero?

As a member of the dynamic 2nd line support team you will handle end-to-end service delivery through ServiceNow to ensure business continuity and satisfaction for colleagues around the globe. 

Among the tasks you will encounter on a daily basis are:

  • Responsibility for incidents and service requests resolution and distributing incidents to the correct instance.
  • Coordinating suppliers and other resources as needed.
  • Monitor and report operational performance, analyze flows and define root cause of issues and incidents and drive resolution.
  • Ensure, contribute to and participate in Service Documentation according to relevant standard guidelines (ITIL, ITSM and security processes).
  • Contribute with service support requirement specification to operations lead.
  • Provide training to other Support Agents or IT cluster staff.
  • Willing to provide night, weekends and holiday shifts when needed. (approx. 60-70% day shifts).

These are the skills you need to bring

We believe that to be succesful in the team you already posess around 2 years of experience or general knowledge from working in IT Service Desks or IT Support. 

Apart from this we would like you to have:

  • Basic knowledge of ITIL (certification is a plus).
  • Experience from Service Delivery and ITSM process management in international companies.
  • A good understanding of the functional needs and technical constraints of the service consumers.
  • Basic knowledge in one or more areas: Networking, Azure or other cloud based infrastructure service, Active Directory, Office 365, End User Platform or similar.
