Security Risk Management at Securitas
Security Risk Management (SRM) is a new global unit at Securitas and a key enabler of our Group strategy. We bring together risk advisory, risk management, and intelligence, delivered stand alone and integrated into the security solutions we provide to clients. Done well, our approach in SRM will have a significant impact on the future of security. The Strategy & Transformation team drives how SRM scales, executes, and evolves. We work closely with the business to turn strategic goals into clear plans and to make core processes faster, cleaner, and more scalable. Our approach to strategy execution is is to prioritize prioritize early client value realization.. We work with clients to deliver valuable results early and speed up innovation.
About the role
As Strategy Manager in SRM you turn strategy into results. You manage execution across the SRM strategic initiative portfolio. You own the overall plan, track progress, clear blockers, and keep delivery on target. You lead selected initiatives yourself.
You work closely with and advise the SRM management team. You bring structure, data driven insights, and decision ready materials. Our approach to strategy execution is to prioritize early client value realization. We partner with clients to deliver valuable results early, speed up innovation and shape how SRM scales. You also help embed AI and new ways of working into how SRM operates. You report to the VP Strategy & Transformation.
To succeed in this role, you combine strong business acumen with analytical rigor, market understanding, and a clear focus on client value. You understand how change actually happens in a business: through clear priorities, practical routines, engaged stakeholders, and disciplined follow through. You quickly connect external market developments with client needs, internal capabilities, and operational realities, enabling sound judgment on both immediate actions and longer term opportunities. You are resilient, detail oriented, and comfortable forming an independent point of view early. You use that point of view to shape discussions, improve execution, and help senior stakeholders make better decisions.
Responsibilities
Manage strategy execution. Keep the overview of the initiative portfolio, track progress, clear blockers, and keep delivery on target.
Improve and scale processes. Apply modern digital tools and AI to make SRM operations more efficient.
Executive advisory. Turn complex data into clear presentations and business cases for the SRM management team.
Support the management team. Set up management routines, prepare agendas, and structure strategic discussions.
Drive M&A support across the deal lifecycle. Run market scanning and target identification against SRM strategy. Support commercial and operational due diligence. Plan and execute post-merger integration alongside the initiative leads.
Stakeholder alignment. Communicate goals and changes clearly across SRM, from frontline to senior leadership
What you'll bring
Must-haves:
University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
3 to 5 years in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
Consulting toolkit from a strategy or management consultancy, with delivery on strategy and transformation projects.
Exposure to B2B services businesses and how they operate commercially and operationally.
Strong ability to turn complex information into clear decision materials.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with confidence to engage senior management directly.
Proactive, structured, doer mindset. You build the strategy and make sure it gets executed.
Hands on engagement with AI, agentic workflows, and new ways of working.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in large, matrixed, or international organizations.
Experience with change management and internal communication.
Background or interest in risk management or corporate security.
Working conditions
The role is based in Stockholm. Scope is group wide across all Securitas markets, with travel as needed for client and unit work.
