About the Role:
At Securitas, we're committed to innovation and excellence. We're looking for a structured and stable Sales & CRM Support to join our Commercial Business Center as a sales support to our European Sales Team and our Global Proposal team.
Global Clients Europe (GCE) is responsible for the sales of protective services to new international clients, including Solutions sales for Cross border clients. You will work closely with our four Sales Directors and provide structured sales, CRM, and administrative support, enabling them to focus on client engagement, revenue growth, and pipeline management.
Our Commercial Business Center is at the forefront of creating compelling proposals that drive our business forward. You will work closely with our Commercial Business Center team and provide support to our Onboarding, Mentoring, and Training Program as well as support to our Bid Managers enabling them to focus on submitting high-quality proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Data Quality:
Maintain and update CRM records (e.g. Dynamics)
Ensure accurate and timely entry of:
Opportunities
Accounts and contacts
Activities (meetings, calls, follow-ups)
Support sales directors with:
Opportunity creation and pipeline updates
Forecast stage updates and close-date adjustments
Ensure data quality according to the CRM Sales Process
Monitor CRM data quality and completeness
Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records
Ensure CRM compliance with internal sales processes
Ensure correct client hierarchies and ownership in CRM
Create standard and ad-hoc CRM reports and dashboards for Sales and Bid Management
CRM Key User:
Prepare and perform training for new users.
Provide first line support to Commercial Europe end-users.
Manage the end-user access rights.
Train Commercial Europe Leadership and Sales Directors on how to read dashboards and reports.
Act as first-line CRM support for Commercial Europe users (process questions, basic troubleshooting).
Identify new needs and best practices.
SPOC for the European CRM Central Team.
Process Improvement & Best Practices:
Support continuous improvement of sales processes and workflows.
Document sales procedures, CRM guidelines, and best practices based on global CRM processes.
Support onboarding of new sales directors on CRM tools and sales processes.
Assist with rollouts of new CRM features, reports, or global sales initiatives.
Sales Administration & Operational Support:
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks for European Sales Directors.
Manage CRM approval workflows.
Track contract milestones and renewal dates in CRM.
Coordinate internal stakeholders (legal, finance, supply chain, marketing).
Bid Management Support:
Prepare weekly and monthly win/loss analysis through CRM.
Responsible for managing Business Overview Requests.
Compile and distribute regular RFP reports to the bid team based on CRM data.
Manage and update the CBC task intake tool.
Keep Global Contact sheet updated.
Keep Global Capability sheet updated.
Onboarding Support:
Prepare onboarding plans for new joiners in the Commercial Business Center.
Optimise the process automation of the onboarding program.
Maintain and update the Onboarding SharePoint site.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, or Sales or Commercial Management.
Experience in Economics & Finance is a plus.
A formal degree is preferred, but solid experience in sales support and CRM operations may substitute.
Experience:
4+ years of work experience in a Sales Admin. & CRM support function, with a strong focus on Data & Analytics optimisation and process automation.
Proven experience working in a commercial business environment.
Proven experience working in a CRM system like CEP.
Technical Skills:
Understands or has strong interest in Technology.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of Opportunity management, Pipeline stages and forecasting logic, Data hygiene and governance in a CRM system.
Understanding of sales cycles and B2B selling processes.
Attention to detail when validating CRM data.
Comfortable supporting CRM users and enforcing processes.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle multiple Sales Directors simultaneously.
Structured working style with strong follow-through.
Comfortable working to deadlines in monthly and quarterly sales cycles.
Strong documentation skills (processes, guidelines, sales materials).
Proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Discrete and trustworthy with sensitive commercial data.
Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in using Power BI and Power Automate.
Experience using AI to drive data-driven decisions and optimize workflows for commercial business teams.
