Role Summary

The Interim AI Impact Hub Lead will maintain momentum in Securitas’ AI transformation during a parental leave period by coordinating execution across the federated AI Impact Hub community, ensuring visibility of progress and value, and continued collaboration across the key teams involved in AI adoption and strategic AI initiatives.

This assignment is suited to a strong relationship builder and execution-oriented leader who can create clarity, progress, and cross-functional alignment in a large, international, and decentralized organization.

The team

The AI impact hub is a lean team established late 2024 that orchestrates and enables Securitas global AI transformation with two missions:

Broad AI adoption across all functions and business units.
Make strategic bets to re-invent our offering and value chain.

The team consists of the following roles: AI strategist, Research & Design lead and AI Portfolio & Value realization lead. Key collaborators are a broad ~200 people community across Securitas and specialist collaborators like the ~20 people Specialized AI team. The role reports to our Group CIO.

Key responsibilities

1. Own portfolio of prioritised strategic bets:

Identify and enable progress of a limited portfolio of prioritized strategic bets by coordinating business owners, enabling teams, dependencies, and decision points.
Mandate to recommend kill/pivot/continue to strategic bet decision forum.
Coordinate innovation execution through e.g. Hackathons and Design sprints together with the business owner and enabling teams.
Focus on coordination and follow-up rather than technical or product ownership.

2. Accelerate execution across the federated setup:

Reinforcing role clarity, accountability, and collaboration across the AI impact hub community towards a more mature AI execution set-up.
Maintain active collaboration, support and influence the responsible persons for AI transformation in each business unit and function.
Mandate to escalate lacking priorities and dependencies to Group CIO to get decisions in place to remove blockers for execution momentum.
Build sustainable and scalable structures that allow the Federated specialists (more technically skilled builders in the community) to grow smoothly.
Coordinate focused external upskilling opportunities to the community covering agentic AI, embedded AI, and how to redesign workflows by integrating AI.
Own community management, communication and knowledge sharing e.g. through regular AI broadcasts.

3. Own portfolio visibility and value follow-up:

Own a global AI use case inventory with regular value realization follow-up.

Support transparency and best practices in how progress and value are tracked.

Promote reuse of use cases, best practices, assets, and learnings across the organization.

Create reusable use case blueprints including aspects of AI native redesign of workflows.

Balance enablement of innovation execution with responsible use and governance.

4. Cross-functional alignment of central AI enablement:

Partner with key central teams e.g. Digital Workplace, Specialized AI and AI/Data Governance to enable accelerated execution and removed blockers for AI transformation across the organization.

Help reduce fragmentation and improve consistency in execution.

Advise off-the shelf general purpose GenAI and agentic enterprise tool portfolio based on business needs and use cases.

Out of scope

Owning enterprise AI governance, risk controls, or compliance processes.

Owning enterprise tooling, licensing, or provisioning.

Acting as end-to-end technical/product owner for AI solutions.

Redesigning the full AI operating model during the assignment period.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for?

Strong relationship builder who can establish trust quickly in a new environment.
Structured, user centric, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create order, pace, and forward motion where roles and processes are still maturing.
Curious about how AI capabilities and adoption are evolving, and motivated by helping others succeed with transformation.

Required:

Minimum 10 years of work experience.

Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, engineering, innovation, or a related discipline.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation, digital, innovation, or strategic execution initiatives in a complex organization.

Strong ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and drive progress through influence, structure, and follow-up.

Strong understanding of AI and digital transformation, with the ability to engage credibly with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience establishing portfolio visibility, governance cadence, reporting rhythm, or structured follow-up for strategic initiatives.

Strong execution discipline, prioritization ability, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.

Experience from a global, decentralized, or operationally complex business environment.

Preferred:

Experience in an AI Center of Excellence, AI enablement function, or innovation office.

Experience with AI transformation, GenAI adoption, workflow automation, or AI portfolio/value realization in an enterprise setting.

Experience working in a large, matrixed, and preferably international environment with multiple stakeholders and decentralized execution.

Experience facilitating hackathons, design sprints, or structured innovation and use case discovery processes.

Working conditions

This role is open for candidates based in Europe (with preference for candidates based in Stockholm, Sweden).

If you are based in Sweden you will be expected to work from one of our offices (Stockholm, Malmo or Jönkoping) two days per week. If you reside in another European country - you will need to align to local hybrid working policy.

Estimated cooperation timeline: June 2026 – mid August 2027
