We're now looking for a Copywriter to join our Group Communications team.

About the role

You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate across internal and external channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and consistent content that supports our strategic priorities and strengthens our brand voice globally. This position requires a strong command of language, a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging narratives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Communications and other functions to develop high-quality written materials – from thought leadership content and internal campaigns to press releases, speeches, and articles. You will contribute to both proactive and reactive communication efforts, ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy and tone of voice. Operating in a dynamic international matrix organization, you will support storytelling initiatives that resonate across markets and audiences, while maintaining editorial excellence and consistency.

Primary responsibilities include, and are not limited to:

• Craft clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for a variety of formats – from thought leadership content, internal news articles, to press releases, speeches, and editorials.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Communications and other functions to ensure consistency and impact in our messaging.

• Translate complex topics into accessible and inspiring language.

• Support strategic campaigns and initiatives with high-quality written content.

• Uphold and evolve our tone of voice and editorial standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, within an international corporate setting.

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or Communications.

• Native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Swedish language skills are a plus but not required.

• Strong storytelling ability and a sharp eye for detail.

• Experience writing for both internal and external audiences.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in business, leadership, and culture.

• Documented experience in brand building and thought-leadership communications.

• Experienced in handling confidential information with sensitivity.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working conditions

It's a full-time role based in Stockholm and involves occasional travel as needed. It's a hybrid working model.
