Role Overview
The Divisional Talent Projects & Data Specialist will be a part of the AMEA People & Culture team and will play a critical role in driving talent initiatives through effective project management and ensuring high standards of data quality, analysis, and reporting. This position supports strategic talent programs by managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering accurate insights that enable data-driven decisions to improve engagement and retention across our Division.
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented professional who loves working with people and data. This role combines project management with talent analytics to ensure our initiatives are delivered effectively and supported by accurate, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor talent-related projects (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, engagement programs) ensuring alignment with divisional and global priorities.
Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and escalate risks proactively.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Data Quality & Analysis:
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of talent data across systems (HRIS, performance tools, succession planning platforms).
Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain data integrity.
Analyze talent metrics (retention, turnover, productivity, engagement) and prepare actionable insights for leadership.
Reporting & Follow-up:
Create dashboards and reports for talent initiatives, highlighting trends and progress against KPIs.
Follow up on action items from talent reviews, leadership programs, and project meetings.
Support compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards.
Education and experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years in HR, Talent development, HR consultancy, Data engineering or similar roles.
Hands-on experience in project coordination and data analysis.
Skills:
Passion for people and data.
Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
Location & Working Model
The role can be based in any of AMEA countries (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, U.A.E.).
We work in hybrid working model - details to be discussed with Direct Manager during the Interview as the details can vary between locations.
