The Role
We are seeking a National Key Account Manager (NKAM) based in Oslo to manage a portfolio of key accounts in Norway. This role blends technical expertise with commercial insight, enabling you to influence client strategies, guide complex sales cycles, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead your segments most valuable key accounts, developing and executing account strategies aligned with client needs and company goals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Drive long, complex sales cycles, including advisory support, workshops, pilot projects, negotiations, and contract closing
- Owner of a defined segment. Set strategy, drive results, focus on customers, lead teams, and develop talent
- Collaborate with Program Project Management, Center of Excellence, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless delivery nationally and globally
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to segment and customer plans
- Continuously develop your skills through internal sales routines and certification programs
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in strategic, consultative B2B sales, ideally in security, technology, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of enterprise security solutions, compliance standards, and digital technologies
- Track record of managing key accounts and delivering commercial outcomes
- Excellent relationship-building, strategic thinking, consultative selling, and communication skills
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable in managing long and complex sales cycles
- Ability to provide a complete Police Clearance Certificate before employment
