Job description
You will be support the CHRO & CMO in driving strategic clarity, enabling execution, following up, and preparing impactful executive-level communications, as well as helping to organize the operations of the team and managing ad hoc organizational requests.
Working in close collaboration with the Group People, Marketing and Communications leadership team, as well as the equivalent functional leaders across the organization, you’ll fit right in if you have a strong analytical and collaborative mindset and thrive in an international and varied environment.
As a sparring partner who gains insight into all aspects of the People, Marketing, Brand, CX and Communications functions as well as the workings of the leadership team, you have high executive visibility and many diverse opportunities for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CHRO & CMO and the respective functional leader to develop, refine and align functional strategic plans, priorities and development proposals
- Conduct research and gather insights to support decision-making
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials for board and group management meetings, alignment meetings with senior leaders across the business, executive forums and internal and external engagements
- Enable and monitor execution of key initiatives, facilitating reporting to executive forums and follow-up on budget in a structured and easy-to-follow manner
- Managing leadership team forums, (group leadership team, global functional leadership teams) including synthesizing insights, following up on actions and preparing agendas
- Coordinate with leadership team members to ensure momentum across common priorities as well as an aligned approach towards stakeholders across the organization
- Roll up your sleeves and tackle anything which needs doing, like we all do
About you:
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis or executive communications and from working with senior stakeholders
- Analytically strong and able to gather a lot of complex information, synthesize and provide a summary and recommendations
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in PowerPoint
- Highly organized, structured and detail-oriented, with fluency in Excel
- A strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, and ability to work independently to figure out solutions to all kinds of matters arising
- University education to BSc level in business, economics, engineering or equivalent
Working conditions
You will be based in our Stockholm HQ, where you spend four days per week in the office together with the rest of the team. Occasional travel.
