Reporting to the Head of Installations, you will lead projects across Eastern Denmark. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects safely, profitably, and on time — ensuring customer satisfaction and strong collaboration with subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Full accountability for schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, reporting, and delivery.
- Team & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct technicians and manage subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality installations.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales early in the process to ensure solid project foundations.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, lead regular status meetings, and act as the key point of contact.
- Risk & Financial Control: Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks while ensuring financial oversight and profitable delivery.
- Process & Documentation: Ensure compliance with internal project management standards, documentation, and reporting.
- Health & Safety: Champion safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations across all projects.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 5+ years of experience managing large installation projects, ideally within electronic security or construction industry.
- Strong background in subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven track record of customer management and delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel) and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data center or enterprise-level projects.
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or similar.
- Understanding of IT principles and system integration.
