We’re now looking for a Junior Web Editor to join our Group Communications team — someone who thrives on structure, coordination, and digital innovation.

About the role

As our new Junior Web Editor, you’ll play a key role in managing and evolving our digital presence. In this role, you’ll act as a key coordinator across teams, ensuring that web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals while also supporting the technical and operational aspects of our digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and communicators to keep our Group website running smoothly and effectively. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across international markets and at Group level, ensuring alignment and consistency in our digital presence. Your ability to bring structure, manage multiple stakeholders, and stay ahead of deadlines will be essential. You’ll also play a role in exploring how AI tools can support smarter workflows and more efficient content operations.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating updates and improvements to the Group website and other digital platforms.
• Acting as a liaison between content owners, developers, and designers to ensure smooth execution of web projects.
• Maintaining structured processes for content updates, approvals, and publishing.
• Monitoring content accuracy, consistency, and performance and flag opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the integration of AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance quality control, and improve user experience.
• Tracking and reporting on web performance metrics using tools like GA4.
• Ensuring content aligns with SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• This role may also include additional tasks and responsibilities beyond those listed above, depending on team needs and your interests and strengths.

Who you are

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in web coordination, digital communications, or content planning, creation and management.
• You have a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or another related field.
• You are comfortable working with CMS platforms and have a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. You are familiar with SEO, UX/UI principles, and web analytics (especially GA4).
• You are a strong communicator in English (Swedish is a plus), with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
• You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• You are a team player who also works well independently and takes initiative.

Working conditions

The role is based in Stockholm and involves occasional travel as needed. It's a hybrid working model.
