We are looking for a highly skilled and client-focused Embedded Security Systems Engineer to work onsite with a leading Fortune 100 company in Luxembourg. In this critical role, you will be dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the client’s cutting-edge security systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with global standards.

You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with in-country service and installation engineers as well as the client’s technical team to deliver seamless, high-quality security solutions. Your deep technical expertise in security system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting—particularly with Lenel—will be key to achieving success in this role.

What You’ll Do

Security Systems Installation and Maintenance

• Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of advanced security systems, with a focus on Lenel OnGuard and other related technologies.

• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of access control, video surveillance (CCTV), and intrusion detection systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing system downtime and ensuring compliance with SLAs.

• Upgrade and enhance security systems to meet the evolving needs of the client, ensuring compatibility with the latest technologies and standards.

Client and Team Collaboration

• Act as the onsite technical expert for the client, providing prompt and professional support for all security system-related queries and challenges.

• Collaborate with in-country service and installation engineers to coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and project delivery across the EMEA region.

• Work closely with the client’s technical team members to ensure alignment on system configurations, integrations, and operational requirements.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide technical guidance to both internal and client-side teams to enhance overall system performance.

Lenel Expertise and System Optimization

• Leverage extensive knowledge of Lenel OnGuard to configure and optimize access control and security systems.

• Implement and maintain custom Lenel configurations tailored to the client’s unique requirements, ensuring system scalability and reliability.

• Perform regular audits of the Lenel system to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities or inefficiencies.

SLA and KPI Management

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs by proactively monitoring system performance and addressing any issues that arise.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the Program Manager and client stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all systems are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client-specific policies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of installations, maintenance activities, and system configurations.

• Support the Program Manager in generating reports and data to monitor SLA and KPI adherence.

Proactive Service and Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and system performance, working collaboratively with internal and client teams to implement solutions.

• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance the client’s security posture.

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, with a strong focus on Lenel OnGuard.

• Proficiency in access control, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, and related hardware and software.

• Strong ability to work closely with in-country service engineers and the client’s technical teams to achieve shared goals.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Certifications (Preferred):

• Lenel certifications such as Lenel Certified Professional or Lenel Certified Expert are highly desirable.

• Relevant industry certifications in security systems or electronics are an advantage.

Your Impact
