Role Overview:
As the EMEA Project Delivery Manager (PDM), you'll oversee the deployment of physical security solutions for a major global client. Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with the highest standards, system requirements, budgets, and timelines. Adapt to changing client needs with your skills, creativity, and customer focus to deliver world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage full project lifecycles, including vendor management, system validation, and close-out.

Service Delivery: Ensure compliance with Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) and maintain standards, processes, costs, and quality.
Reporting: Maintain accurate trackers and provide regular metrics.
Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and develop project schedules/plans.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure clear communication of project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a Security Consulting or Project Management Role - managing the deployment of physical security systems. With specific experience in analysing, triaging, scoping, providing guidance for remediation, and justifying your recommendations for mitigation of identified risks.
- 5+ Year experience in the design and/or installation of integrated electronic security systems, preferably gained in an engineering capacity. This is desirable but not essential but the ability to learn these systems is important.
- Good understanding of enterprise security in a business environment.
- An understanding of IT principles and practices
- Solid understanding of security operations, design, and systems integration.
- Good understanding of security systems Analog and IP CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion – intimate knowledge of Lenel, Milestone and Galaxy is desirable but the ability to learn these systems is critical.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD LT is desirable.
- Knowledge of local EMEA codes and regulations is a plus.
