Securitas Intelligent Services Organization

Securitas Intelligent Services is the entity in the Securitas Group that drives its digital transformation.

Securitas is implementing new common global Services based on both Microsoft Azure and Office365 with the addition of private cloud based on VMware technology. It is transforming its global network and data management capabilities. Both programs are enablers such that Securitas can become a truly data-driven business.

In the coming years, Securitas will also work with IT consolidation to drive synergies and modernize our IT infrastructure and collaboration platforms.

Securitas, a leader in Security Service, is committed to enhancing technology security across its global operations. We are currently seeking a skilled Solution Coordinator, Digital Security Operations (DS-OPS).

Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow-up security officers performing infrastructure security metric assessments to their scope.
• Collect needs from entities relative to our services and solutions.
• Provide guidance on problems/issues during the execution of the infrastructure security metric assessments.
• Coordinate integration to new and existing security services;
• Support engineers during onboardings by performing intake, document a high-level integration design, drive testing, and support entities during hyper care.
• Provide suggestions to improve configurations based on lessons learned during onboardings.
• Creating or improve onboarding approaches through lessons learned.
• Present status updates on onboardings and/or Infrastructure Security Matrix to security officers and CERT steerco.
• Report service performance and health to entities.
• Maintain and support development of scripts to automate deployments and/or collect information for reporting.

We believe you have:

• 3 years of experience in deploying IT solutions.
• 3 years of experience in Cyber Security
• Relevant certifications are preferred, for example but not limited to:
  • Prince 2 Foundation;
  • Certified information systems security professional;

• Experience in deploying security solutions (e,g, Endpoint detection and response; Cloud network proxy; Vulnerability scanner;)
• Transparent communication (verbal & written) in English.
• International and intercultural collaboration skills.
