In this role you will enable country sales and operations organizations to succeed with sales of digital products. You will be a subject matter expert for our digital products and support in client meetings. Through close collaboration with country organization, you will build confidence in the product suite and support integration of digital products into our solutions offering.
You will work in close collaboration with the country organization to identify prioritized client segments using our ICP-framework to design and establish value chain to efficiently deliver client value, boost country sales efforts of our digital product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Support and enable country organisation to build a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate closely with country sales organisation to boost client sales efforts of our Securitas Digital product suite and to lead sales trainings
- Participate in country-led processes to develop client use-case and value-chain for Digital Products
- Responsible to provide client and prospect feedback, to improve Securitas Digital products and offering
- Time to time train country organisation to identify specific client use-cases and opportunities for Securitas group to expand business with digital products
- Ensure country forecast and actively plan for actions for countries to reach their set targets
- Conduct month forecasting with country organization, to deliver on set targets
- Actively contribute to Securitas Digital Sales & Marketing strategy and success
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Strong drive to understand client perspective and what drives clients to value the services. Client centricity is key to our success
- Strong value-based sales-skills with excellent ability to engage sales organisation, preferably with experience from leading sales training
- Good ability to collaborate and inspire members of country sales organizations and acting as a Securitas Digital champion both towards clients and in Securitas Group
- Strong team-player that can combine attitude of “winning better together”
- Excellent client interaction skills and strong at building trust in client relationship
- Good ability in understanding client feedback and input
- Creative and strong ambition to drive and deliver
- Experience from the security industry is beneficial
- Experienced in using social selling techniques is beneficial
